Will & Bear Returns

We want you to love your hat!

We’ll happily accept a return of any full priced item within 30 days for an exchange or store credit where the conditions of return are met. 

Conditions of Return:

  • Products must be in original condition; unworn, unused, with all tags attached
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase date
  • We kindly ask that you email us a photo of the condition of your hat prior to your return being accepted. This is so that we know what condition the hat was in when it left you and can provide feedback to the carrier if it has a rough journey back to us

We kindly ask that you ship your return back to us in the original box so that the hat is not damaged on its journey to us.

Return process:

Please lodge your return request here 

  1. Once we have confirmed your request, it may take 1-2 business days to process your return online.
  2. You will then receive an email with instructions on the next steps.
  3. Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
  4. Once approved, we will issue and email you a confirmation of store credit.

If you would like a different size, simply start the return process and select too big or too small. The return portal will initiate an exchange and provide you with the option to select the correct size. 

To return your original purchase and choose an alternate style, please follow the returns process and then order the new hat with your store credit. If your new order is urgent, please reach out to our team at help@willandbear.com who will help you.

American customers - We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for you to fix to your parcel and drop off at your nearest USPS/Fedex office.

Canadian customers - Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a traceable service to track the progress of your return. If you place your order through PayPal, you may be eligible to get a free return shipping costs via ‘PayPal Returns Refund’

Returns for items purchased during promotional offers

Items purchased during promotional activity or sales are eligible for a store credit only where the conditions of return are met. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided unless required by law. We recommend measuring your head and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing. If you need further advice, please reach out to us at help@willandbear.com and our team will happily help.

Items marked final sale

Any styles marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. We recommend measuring your head and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing. If you need further advice, please reach out to us at help@willandbear.com.

    Faulty Items

    While we take care and inspect all items to ensure they meet our quality standards before sending your orders to you, we are sorry if you’ve received something that is flawed.

    In the case that you believe something is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please lodge a return here and send images to our team via email at help@willandbear.com so that we can help you. 

    If something you’ve purchased has a minor flaw, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your item is deemed by us to have a major fault you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit.

    Incorrect Item

    If you believe you have received an item different to what you ordered we deeply apologise. Please lodge a return request and send our team an email to help@willandbear.com with a photo and brief description and we will help to rectify this as soon as possible.

    Price Adjustment Policy

    If your item has recently gone on sale, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original and sale price. We're sorry for any disappointment this may cause. 

    We recommend subscribing to our mailing list to stay in the loop about upcoming promotions and new styles. To sign up, simply head to our website, scroll down to the bottom and enter your email address.

    Stockists

    Any item purchased from a boutique that stocks Will & Bear will need to be returned back to the store purchased from, as these stockists are independently operated.

     Gift Cards

    Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase date. 

    Please note, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
