Will & Bear Returns
We’ll provide a store credit for any full priced item that is returned within 30 days where the conditions of return are met. If you'd prefer another size in the same hat, you can select exchange in the returns portal (where the size is available).
If you wish to exchange your item for another colour/style, you must return the item and place a new order once you've received your credit note.
Conditions of Return:
- Products must be in original condition; unworn, unused, with all tags attached
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase date
- Please ship your return back to us in the original box so that the hat is not damaged on its way back to us.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for you to fix to your parcel and drop off at your nearest USPS/Fedex office.
Canadian customers - Return postage is the responsibility of the customer at this time. We highly recommend using a traceable service to track the progress of your return. If you place your order through PayPal, you may be eligible to get a free return shipping costs via ‘PayPal Returns Refund’

- You will then receive an email with label (USA only) and packing slip.
- Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
- Once your return is approved we will issue your credit note and email you a confirmation of store credit.
To return for an alternate style, size or colour, please follow the returns process and then order the new hat with your store credit once you've received it. If your new order is urgent, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will help you.
Returns for items purchased during promotional offers
Items purchased during promotional activity or sales are eligible for a store credit only where the conditions of return are met. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided unless required by law. We recommend measuring your head and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing. Items marked final sale
Any styles marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. We recommend measuring your head and referring to the individual style notes for fit and sizing. If you need further advice, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
While we take care and inspect all items to ensure they meet our quality standards before sending your orders to you, we are sorry if you’ve received something that is flawed.
In the case that you believe something is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please lodge a return here and send images to our team via email at email@example.com so that we can help you.
If something you’ve purchased has a minor flaw, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your item is deemed by us to have a major fault you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit.
If you believe you have received an item different to what you ordered we deeply apologise. Please lodge a return request and send our team an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and brief description and we will help to rectify this as soon as possible.
Price Adjustment Policy
If your item has recently gone on sale, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original and sale price. We're sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
We recommend subscribing to our mailing list to stay in the loop about upcoming promotions and new styles. To sign up, simply head to our website, scroll down to the bottom and enter your email address.
Any item purchased from a boutique that stocks Will & Bear will need to be returned back to the store purchased from, as these stockists are independently operated.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase date.
Please note, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
