The road to B-corp certification
We are so excited to announce we are now B Corp certified, something we have been working on since our humble beginnings.
Will & Bear has come a long way since Loz and I were driving up the East Coast of Australia with a trailer full of hats on the back of our van, ready to share our mission of creating thoughtful designs, giving back to our planet and creating a culture that cares for the environment.
This B Corp certification reflects the journey we have been on. From our first range in 2016, made from all-natural fibres, to planting 1 million trees. We have continuously strived to be a purpose led company that aims to do good business.

How does B corp work?
B Corp certification measures a company's entire social and environmental impact. It is the highest verifiable standard for any business. When you choose to support a B Corp certified business, you can be confident you are supporting a responsible organisation.
Where to next?
We are always aiming to improve our score. We will continue to plant trees with every hat sold. As part of the B Corp process, we are proud to announce that 2% of our annual revenue will be going towards making a social and environmental impact. This means there will be a number of new and exciting initiatives we can't wait to share with you very soon.
