Material Notes
Wool is natural, biodegradable, recyclable, renewable & odour-resistant. Wool naturally regulates temperature, meaning its warm in winter & cool in summer. Our wool is sourced from small lot farms in Australia. We source short low-quality fibres the fashion industry doesn't use and turn them into a high quality felt products that are designed to last the extra mile.
Shipping & delivery
Both USA and Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouse in La Mirada, CA with a standard handling time of 2 business days. Priority and standard shipping is available for all USA orders. We currently offer standard shipping for Canadian orders. For further details, click 'see shipping times' below.
Returns:

Standard & priority shipping is available for all USA orders. We currently offer standard shipping to Canada.
Our warehouse does not recommend paying for priority shipping for any Californian deliveries as generally, standard shipping offers a very timely delivery of 1-2 days.

Perfect fit
I have a small head that appears to be squished from side to side (Ha ha!) so all hats are a bit big on the sides, including this one. The overall dimensions are perfect though, the rise (head part) is perfect, not too high and the brim is perfect size. I get a lot of compliments on it! Someone should have squished my head to a normal shape when I was born though!
