Handling & Dispatch Times
Our aim is to get your wearing your hat as quickly as possible! Our standard handling time is 1-2 business days, and shipping is in addition to this.
- During special promotions, peak periods or public holidays, this might be exceeded.
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and shipped from our warehouse in La Mirada, California.
- If your order has been processed by our warehouse team it may not be possible to change or cancel the order as they work very quickly!
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery and an estimated delivery time frame.
- While most orders are arriving on time, delays may still be occurring and our carriers are not guaranteeing delivery timeframes for standard or priority deliveries.
- If you are experiencing a delay with your order arriving, send our Customer Experience team an email with your order number and they do all they can to help, including opening an investigation with the mail carrier.
- Shipping is free for orders over $200
- Shipping for orders under $200 will be calculated at checkout
- All orders are sent with UPS with the exception of any orders with a PO BOX as the delivery address; these will be sent with USPS.
- Our warehouse suggests that anyone ordering to a Californian address will have a great shipping time by using standard, so priority may not be required.
- Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post.
- Estimated shipping times are not being guaranteed by carriers at this time

Tax and Duties
- Orders to Canada may incur tax and duties by customs.
- Regulations requires us to declare the exact value of all items and shipping costs.
- Prior to placing your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office to confirm any duty and tax that will be payable.
- Any additional tax or duty fees is the responsibility of the recipient and not Will & Bear.

- Orders are shipped with Authority To Leave and do not require a signature.
- If the mail carrier can locate a safe place to leave your order, it will be safely delivered.
- If there is no safe place found, a card will be left to arrange redelivery or collection.
- If you have experienced any problems with the delivery of your order, please send our team an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and they will open an investigation with the mail carrier.
